Order Confirmation and Shipment Policy

 

Order Confirmation

Upon completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. This email confirms that we have received your order in our system and have collected the payment in full. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 3 business days), we will submit the order for shipment.

 

Order Shipment

Your order will typically ship within 1-2 business days from the purchase date. While we strive to ship orders as soon as possible, please note that order volumes may vary at different times of the year, which may cause delays in shipment. If you need rush order processing, please contact us at afdshop@vcphysician.com.

 

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within four business days of your order, please feel free to follow up with us at afdshop@vcphysician.com.
